Pei Wei coupon!

If you're looking for some delicious Asian food....definitely check out Pei Wei.  I went there with my best friend a while back ago and the food was amazing, not to mention reasonably priced (the portions are big too).  For the summer there is a new entree called Caramel Chicken.  Right now if you sign up for email alerts here, they will send you a BOGO coupon between June 2-6th.  If you already receive their emails, you will automatically receive the coupon.

The Caramel Chicken is tossed in a tangy caramel-chile sauce and topped with a cooling Asian slaw of cucumber, red bell peppers, carrots, red onion and chile peppers marinated in a black pepper Asian vinaigrette....sounds simply delicious!

Tomorrow's coupon inserts...or lack there of

Bad news is there will NOT be any coupon inserts in tomorrow's (5/29/11) newspaper, but the good news is that my scissors will get a little break! I will definitely enjoy a Sunday without clipping and organizing...maybe hit the beach for some fun in the sun :)

Chili Cheese Dip

Ingredients:

• 2 packs of cream cheese
• 2 packs of colby jack shredded cheese
• 1 pack of tortilla chips
• 2 cans of Hormel Chili with beans

Tools:

• Spatula
• Oven
• 8"-9" square baking pan

First spread the cream cheese evenly on the base of the pan with a spatula. Then open the cans of Hormel and pour over the cream cheese. I usually use one and a half cans but you can use both if you want to. After that sprinkle the cheese on top until it covers the chili beans. Turn your oven on at 350º and pop in the tray for about 20 minutes and let it cool until its ready for serving. Once cooled enjoy with some tortilla chips!
